Nils is a Saracens Rugby player and asked for James’s expertise and experience in achieving peak physical condition for the front cover of Men’s Health. The obstacles included a holiday, lack of gym access and the need to maintain weight for the upcoming rugby season.
“I was panicking because the shoot was scheduled at the end of a 2 week holiday. I wasn’t sure I’d have gym access, or how to change my diet to make sure I could get as lean as possible. During the rugby season, my main concern is maintaining or putting on weight! James put together workouts that I could do in my hotel room, outside and on the beach. I couldn’t believe how hard I could train with minimal equipment. The diet tweaks worked as well. I came back leaner than I had ever been, having enjoyed my holiday! I was thrilled to get the cover, and I owe James a big thanks.”
