We trained Oliver and Jen together for several months leading up to their wedding. They both wanted to lose some weight and generally look and feel their absolute best on their wedding day.
Training them together brought an element of fun into the training sessions, and when it got tough, they would spur each other on. Training sessions were designed so they could train together, keeping both of them engaged and working hard.
