We help some clients completely transform their body, whilst others are focused on rehabilitation after an injury. Lots of our clients are focused on losing weight, whether that be several stone or just a few pounds for a wedding or the summer, whereas others simply want to keep fit and healthy.

Where will we train?
There are two options depending on your requirements.
We bring the gym to you
If privacy is very important to you, and you want to maximise the time you have available to train, then our trainers can bring all the equipment to you and train you in the privacy of your own home or outside in your local park.
You don’t need a home gym or a huge amount of space. A small room or garden is all we need.
Sessions are booked around your schedule, whether that be early morning, late in the evening, or on a lunch break at work. You will maximise your available time, whilst receiving the ultimate bespoke personal training service.
Crowded gyms are a thing of the past.

We have an exclusive custom-designed Body Blueprint studio next to Chelsea Bridge. It is a state-of-the-art private studio where we carry out one-to-one sessions. We have the latest in functional training equipment, giving you the most up-to-date and research-driven personal training experience in London.
Whether you choose home visits or sessions at our studio, you are guaranteed the absolute highest level of care and expertise from our experienced team.
The process starts with a biomechanical and physiotherapy assessment. This isn’t as daunting as it sounds. It’s just a way of testing your strengths and weaknesses, as well as assessing your goals.
You will also have a nutritional assessment which results in a personal nutrition plan being written specifically for you.
Your success will be achieved through an intelligent combination of nutrition, lifestyle, and training. Every element of the plan is sensible, researched and proven to work. The Body Blueprint brings it all together.
How do I start?
Simply get in touch and book your complimentary consultation. We will organise a meeting place for home visits, or you can come and meet us at our Chelsea Bridge Studio to discuss your goals in depth and we can take a medical history. It’s also a chance for you to ask any more questions about the service we provide, and we can discuss how your programme needs to be built for you.
