It’s a complete programme covering nutrition, training and lifestyle. No two programmes are the same, but they all have one thing in common. They all get results.
After a detailed consultation, we devise a nutrition plan perfectly tailored for you. We will then get you started on a training programme. Again, this is completely tailored to you. We can come to you and train you at home or in your local park. Alternatively, you can come to us at our chelsea Bridge studio. The training is adapted to your current fitness levels, so don’t panic if you have little to no training experience.
